Robert Nigel Phillips originated the HIT BOXING one-on-one training program. The goal of the class and private one-on one training is to get you in the best physical and cardiovascular shape of your life while at the same time, learning the skills of boxing.

HIT BOXING incorporates actual boxing footwork, heavy bag work, pad work along with strength training, weight training exercises. It is a total body workout.
